Where are notifications located?
Notifications are located at the top right of your portal, click the notification bell to see your notifications!
What can i see in notifications?
Notifications allow you to keep on top of your work and keep you up to date with your clients and their cases.
The following items appear in your notifications.
- New tasks assigned to you
- Client acknowledgements
- Confirmation of data import
Can I clear all notifications at once?
No, however we are adding this functionality at a later date, keep an eye on our release notes!
