How to add an Investment case

Smartr365 provides support for storing and managing details of investments for data storage and CRM purposes. Both clients and advisers can input information about their investments through the client portal.

  • Enter an existing case via the Cases Page
  • Navigate to the Investments section in the left-hand side menu. In this section, users have the ability to add an investment case, click add investments.
  • Fill out the form to create an investments case and click save. (Investment type is a mandatory field ensure this is filled out)
  • When an investment is added, it creates a new case on Smartr365 with a unique Case ID.
  • Users can access an overview of the recorded investment information, including information about the type of investment and the provider, from the Case Summary. This summary provides a convenient way to view and manage investment-related information.
