How to invite client to the client portal

To send an invitation to your client, inviting them to the client portal, there are two methods you can use.

The first method is to invite them to the fact find when initiating a new case. Within the 'Client To Do List' section, you will find the option to invite clients to the client portal. This feature enables seamless integration and communication between clients and the platform.

The second method is to invite the client to the client portal via the Summary Screen. This screen provides a summary of the case and allows you to send the invitation to the client. By using either of these methods, you can easily invite your clients to the client portal and ensure smooth communication and collaboration between you and your clients.
