How to use the introducer portal

The Introducer Portal is a comprehensive platform that provides various features to help you manage your referrals effectively. It serves as a central hub where you can track all of your referrals, view your commission levels, and easily pass across leads. Whether you are an individual introducer, a branch manager, or part of a larger company, the portal offers different options tailored to your role.

One of the key features of the Introducer Portal is the ability to add additional branches and negotiators to your platform. By clicking on 'Manage Team' in the toolbar at the top of the portal, you can expand your team and assign different roles to each member. The three available roles are Introducer CEO, Branch Manager, and Negotiator. Each role determines the level of access and visibility a user has in terms of referrals and commissions on their portal.

In order to attract potential referrals, you can add a QR code to your marketing assets, property listings, or any other relevant platforms. When a client scans the QR code, they will be guided through a short digital journey where they will answer some basic qualification questions. Once completed, their information will be directly passed to the adviser firm, with your firm being listed as the introducer.

If you prefer a more manual approach, you can also send a referral by clicking on '+ Add case details manually'. This option only requires the client's full name, email address, and mobile number.

Within the Introducer Portal, you can monitor your conversions and commissions in the 'My Referrals' section. This section provides a breakdown of your referrals, allowing you to filter based on time-period, branch, and negotiator. Additionally, you can view the case conversions and total commission for the selected period in the blue bar.

At the bottom of the portal, you will find a comprehensive breakdown of all leads passed to the brokerage firm, recently added case notes, and the case status.
