What is Mailchimp?

Mailchimp is a third-party email service provider that enables users to create customised email templates for use in Smartr365.

Once you have integrated Mailchimp with your Smartr365 account, any templates you have created in Mailchimp can be utilised for sending custom emails directly from Smartr365.
