How to delete an adviser from Smartr365

The following guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to delete an adviser from your portal:

Prerequisite: Before deleting an adviser, make sure that all live cases assigned to them have been transferred to another adviser. You cannot delete an adviser who has active cases assigned to them. Follow these steps to delete an adviser:

  1. Click on "Settings"
  2. Click on "User Management"
  3. Click on "Users"
  4. Delete the adviser
