How do I delete a note?

To delete a note, you can follow these steps:

  1. First, locate the note you want to delete.
  2. Next, click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the note.
  3. From the menu that appears, select the option "Delete".
  4. A confirmation message will then appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the note.
  5. If you are sure you want to delete the note, click on the "Confirm" button.

It is important to note that as an adviser, you can only delete your own notes. However, if you are a System Admin, Manager, or Admin Assistant, you have the ability to delete any notes within your firm. When a note is deleted by one of these roles, a track history is recorded, documenting the deletions made along with the date and timestamp.

If you successfully delete a note, a label with the word "Deleted" will be displayed to indicate that the note has been deleted. It is worth mentioning that you can only delete your own notes, unless you have the privileges of a System Admin, Manager, or Admin Assistant.
