Why have I got a duplicated mortgage after completion? 

Whenever a user completes an application on Smartr365, the system automatically generates a re-mortgage opportunity. This opportunity includes all the existing data from the application, as well as a new expiry date. This feature ensures that clients are kept informed and updated regularly. Every three months, the system will automatically provide house valuations using Home Track information. Additionally, clients will be notified well in advance when their mortgage is about to expire.

This proactive approach helps to streamline the re-mortgage process and ensures that clients have ample time to make informed decisions about their mortgage options.
