How can I add My Credentials to Smartr365?

 

 

Credentials are unique to each adviser. To add or update credentials, both system administrators and advisers can go to the Settings section. From there, they should click on "My Credentials" and choose the desired app they want to access from the dropdown menu.

Within this section, advisers have the option to enter their credentials for various apps including Barclays, Halifax, Nationwide, Solution Builder, and Sourcing Brain.

In order to add or update credentials, advisers can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section.
  2. Click on "My Credentials".
  3. Select the desired service from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the required credentials for the chosen service.

By following these steps, advisers can ensure that their credentials are up-to-date and they can access the necessary services for their work.
