How to invite a client to Digidentity

1. When adding a new case:

When adding a new case, you can invite a client to Digidentity by clicking on the Verify Identity button on the to-do list step. This will initiate the process of verifying the client's identity.

2. Turning it on after a case has been added:

• Open the case
• Click Verify Identity located on the toolbar at the top of the page
• Click invite
