You can transfer (refer) a protection case to your protection advisor by following the steps below.
NOTE - System Admin users can transfer on behalf of anyone.
- Click the menu button beside the protection case.
- Select Refer
- Once the case is referred the advisor who has been sent the case needs to accept it. That advisor needs to go to Settings > Case Transfers to accept the case.
- Select accept
The case will now be referred to the protection advisor and will show in their name!
