How do I transfer a protection case?

You can transfer (refer) a protection case to your protection advisor by following the steps below.

NOTE - System Admin users can transfer on behalf of anyone.

1. Click the menu button beside the protection case.
   
2. Select Refer
   
3. Once the case is referred the advisor who has been sent the case needs to accept it. That advisor needs to go to Settings > Case Transfers to accept the case.
4. Select accept 
   

The case will now be referred to the protection advisor and will show in their name!
