How to delete a case

To delete a case, you can follow these steps:

Delete a Mortgage Case

If you want to delete a mortgage case, you need to open the case summary page first. On this page, you will find all the relevant information about the case.

Click Mortgages

After clicking on "Mortgages," you will see a list of mortgages associated with the case. From this list, select the mortgage you wish to delete and click on the "delete" button. A confirmation prompt may appear to ensure that you want to delete the mortgage.

By following these steps, you will be able to delete the desired mortgage case. Please note that deleting a mortgage case will permanently remove all associated information and cannot be undone.

Delete a Protection Case

If you want to delete a protection case, open the case summary page for that case. This page contains all the details and policies related to the protection case.

Click on the "Protection" tab or section on the case summary page. This will take you to a page where you can manage all the protection-related information for the case.

Within the "Protection" section, click on "Protection Policies." This will display a list of all the protection policies associated with the case.

To delete the protection case, locate the specific case you want to delete from the list of protection policies and click on the "delete" button. A confirmation prompt may appear to confirm the deletion.

By following these steps, you will be able to delete the desired protection case. It's important to note that deleting a protection case will permanently remove all associated policies and cannot be undone.
