How to view case notes

In order to view the notes on a case, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Start by opening an existing case.
2. Once you have opened the case, locate the toolbar at the top of the page.
3. Within the toolbar, you will find an option called "Notes". Click on it.
4. By clicking on "Notes", you will be able to see all the case notes associated with that specific case.
