How to use multifactor authentication when logging into Smartr365

 

When signing in, you will be required to authenticate yourself either through a text message or a phone call. This additional security measure is in place because your platform contains highly confidential information, and it is essential to ensure the protection of both you and your clients information.

 

Option 1 - SMS Verification

The first option for authentication is through SMS. To verify your login, simply select the "Text Me" option. You will then receive a code via SMS, which you can enter to complete the login process.

 

Option 2 - Call Verification

The second option is to receive a phone call. By selecting the "Call Me" option, you will receive a phone call that will serve as confirmation of your identity. To validate the call, you will need to press the "#" key (also known as the pound key).
