We have recently added a new feature that allows users such as Advisers, Managers, Admin Assistants, System Administrators, and Introducers to set their preferred Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) login method.
Users now have the option to choose between receiving a secure code to their mobile phone or using Microsoft's Authenticator App for authentication. To set this up, users simply need to inform their System Administrator of their preferred method of receiving the secure code.
It is important to note that this feature is not available for HomeBuyers (Clients).
Benefits of Using the Microsoft Authenticator App
The Microsoft Authenticator App is the recommended MFA type by Microsoft. It offers enhanced security features, increased protection, and the ability to function offline. This is particularly beneficial for users who need to log in from areas with poor mobile phone reception.
