What are suitability report tokens?

Tokens are utilised to extract information from the client fact find and case data. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, the system will prompt you to manually confirm the information by clicking on the token. Once a token has been confirmed, it will be visually indicated by turning blue.

For convenience, there is an 'Accept All' button located at the bottom of the page. By clicking this button, you can confirm all tokens at once, saving you time and effort.
