What types of Suitability Report tokens can I use?

The following guide lists the suitability report tokens that can be used on Smartr365.

The Date Picker is a feature that allows you to select a specific date from a calendar. When you click on the Date Picker, a calendar will appear, and you can choose the date you want to appear in a specific position.

The Comment Box is a checkbox that needs to be ticked to confirm that you have read the contents. This is typically used for confirming that you have read and understood certain information or terms.

The Optional Content Box is used when there is optional content that can be included. This content will be displayed with a strikethrough effect to indicate that it is optional. To include this optional content, you will need to tick the box next to the text.

Editable Text sections in the Suitability Report can be identified by a blue highlight or a text box. These sections can be edited by clicking on them. To confirm the changes, you will need to click the adjacent red tick.

Editable Inline Text, which is also highlighted in blue, a text editor will appear in a pop-up window when you click on it. You can make your edits in the text editor and click 'OK' to confirm the changes. Again, you will need to click the adjacent red tick to finalize the edits.
