To add a note to your case, please follow these steps:
- Open an existing case.
- Click on "Notes" located on the toolbar at the top of the page.
- Click on "Add Note".
- Enter the contents of the note.
- You have the option to email this note to the client. If you would like to do this, check the "Email to Client" checkbox.
- Click on "Save" to save the note.
