How to add a note to a case

 

To add a note to your case, please follow these steps:

  1. Open an existing case.
  2. Click on "Notes" located on the toolbar at the top of the page.
  3. Click on "Add Note".
  4. Enter the contents of the note.
  5. You have the option to email this note to the client. If you would like to do this, check the "Email to Client" checkbox.
  6. Click on "Save" to save the note.
