How to reopen a NPW case

When a case has been marked as NPW there is an option to reopen the NPW case.

The NPW record will still exist on the system for compliance but the case will be reopened as it was when it was marked as NPW.

To reopen an NPW case firstly open the cases page and search for your NPW case, click view.

Select edit mortgage.

Select Save Details and Copy to a New Mortgage

The case will be restored there will also still be a record of the case when it was made NPW.
