How do I restore a client to a case?

This step-by-step guide will assist you in the process of restoring a removed client back onto a case.

 

To restore a client back onto a case, follow these steps:

1. Open the case to which you want to add the client.

2. Look for the 'Add Applicant' button and click on it.

3. Fill in the exact same details for the applicant that you wish to restore. This includes their first name, surname, and email address.
