How do I add a second applicant?

This guide provides instructions on how to add a second applicant to a mortgage application. You have the option to add up to two applicants for each mortgage. To add a second applicant, follow these steps:

 

1. Click on "Cases" and then expand and view a specific case.

2. This will take you to the "Summary" page of the case.

3. Under the "Applicants" section, click on "Add Applicant".

4. Complete the required fields to add the details of the second applicant.

5. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click "Save".

6. Next, locate the applicant's name and click on the "Invite" button next to it.

7. Select "Invite to Fact Find" to send an invitation to the second applicant. By following these steps, you will successfully add a second applicant to the mortgage application.
