How to create a new Home Insurance case

A new Home Insurance case can be created from the Home Insurance section in Smartr365. This can be found on the navigation menu on the left-hand side titled ‘Home Insurance.’

Select the ‘+ Add New Insurance’ button to begin.

Complete the form where possible and click ‘Save’ which will create your new Home Insurance case.

The ‘Property’ field is the only required field for you to complete before you can save and create the case. This field will display a list of all properties that are linked to the Client(s) through any open Mortgage cases or Existing Properties found in their Fact-Find. (Ensure that an existing property exists on the system, if not add one in fact find > existing properties)
