We are thrilled to announce an exciting update to our Split Commission feature at Smartr365. You now have even more control over how you divide commission on each case. You can choose between inputting a specific amount or a percentage for the split.
When a percentage is entered, our system automatically calculates the corresponding value and presents this for you in your reports. In cases where the commission value changes and a percentage was initially selected, the system dynamically adjusts the split value accordingly. However, if the commission value changes and a specified amount was entered, the split fee amount will be reset to £0.
This new update empowers you with greater flexibility and transparency in managing commission, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
