Release Notes - 24/05/24

In this release, our team has dedicated their efforts to enhance the overall performance of the platform and resolve various bugs.

We are also excited to announce the launch of our Marketing Preferences functionality where you can set your client's marketing preferences on their behalf in the Smartr365 Fact Find under Personal Details. Clients can also set and change their preferences, should they wish.

Here is a summary of other recent changes we've made:

- We have deprecated several fields from the Current Employment section including: ‘Tax Year 1,2 & 3’ and ‘Year End Date’
- We have added several new Self Employed fields to the Current Employment section including: Company Name and Company Telephone Number
- We have also added a new 'Projected Year' section above Tax Year 1 for the upcoming year (Self-Employed)
- We have also added the following fields within each section: Year End Date, Turnover, Profit before tax, Profit after tax, Assets and Liabilities (Self-Employed)
- We have added a new Archived section for the Bulk Update History
- We have added a dropdown list of options for Second Property Purpose to align with our SmartrConnect integrations. This includes the following options: Holiday home in the U.K, Home for a dependent relative, Second property due to work location, and Other.

Bug fixes

- We resolved an issue where we were unable to save Shareholding where the Self-employed type is LLP
- We resolved an issue where old clients couldn't sign up to Smartr365
- We resolved an issue where changing the Mortgage Repayment Method did not reset the interest-only amount
- We resolved an issue where the second home reason was still being validated when the property type selected was Buy-To-Let
