Release Notes - 07/06/2024

In this release, our team has dedicated their efforts to enhance the overall performance of the platform and resolve various bugs.

New Features

We are excited to introduce some new features to enhance your experience with our system:

  • We've improved the Mortgage, Existing Properties, Protection Policies and Existing policies pages to show all cases including single cases



    We are currently reviewing the adviser and client portal journeys for downloading the Fact Find to reflect the changes we've recently made.

  • Now, completed cases can be modified even when a validation error is displayed. This means that if a completed case is showing validation errors, you can still update the areas that are affected by the errors.




  • We have implemented a prompt screen to notify you of any system downtime periods when we are carrying out system updates. This will help you stay informed and plan your work accordingly.



  • In the Marketing Preferences section, we have updated the CSV file format so that it's consistent with the Smartr user interface.

Bug Fixes

  • Deleted adviser now appears on completed cases.



  • Resolved error message when bulk uploading proc fees.
  • Validation for 'Second home reason' no longer applies if current property type is 'Buy To Let'.
  • Fixed broken view for Marketing Preferences Bulk Update Data with null/invalid values in CSV.
  • Fixed issue in Bulk Upload Marketing Preferences where leaving a field blank caused display issues for other fields.
  • Fixed error on home insurance page when no home insurance case exists.
  • Added validation error for 'Monthly Rental Income' if not a whole number.
  • Added validation error for 'Monthly Rental Income' exceeding 9999999.
