Release Notes - 25/06/24

New Features

In this update, we have enhanced how cases are displayed to advisers. We have also been improving the platform's stability and fixing some bugs along the way!

Case View - See all relevant applicant's cases

You can now access information about all mortgages, protection and properties linked to each applicant in a case, whether or not both applicants are involved. The screenshot below displays all four cases involving both applicants, as well as cases with applicants not included in the current case.

This change has also been applied to the Existing properties and Existing Policies pages.

Simplified Income

We have defaulted the Employment record to a simplified version. This means when you visit the client's income page, you'll be able to directly enter the Total Net Monthly value. We have also introduced an information icon that depicts what happens when you turn the toggle off and on.

To return to the more detailed income view, simply toggle the button off.

NatWest Criteria Inclusions

We have added a modal on the SmartrConnect page to inform you on what the criteria is for submitting a case through NatWest. For a full list of inclusions and more info, please check out the article here.

Removed Mortgage Cases from Remortgage Opportunities

We have removed the mortgage case info from remortgage opportunities created from Existing Properties. We made this change to ensure any remortgages created from Existing Properties are in line with those created from completed cases and data imports.

Credit History

We have added copy to the Credit History page to share how the Experian credit report bundle works. If you wish to subscribe to our new Experian bundle, please reach out to your Customer Success representative. The broker-driven credit search and reports feature will be available on 5 July.

Marketing Preferences

We have updated the Marketing Preferences toggle to make it easier for you to see which toggles are Enabled, Disabled and not yet set.

We have also amended the order of the columns in the marketing preferences extract to reflect how they're displayed in Smartr365. 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where existing properties fails to load on page refresh.
• Fixed an issue where previous case owners were CC'd into system emails after a case was transferred.
