How to add a new protection case

To add a protection case, please follow the steps below:

1. Begin by accessing an existing client case from the Cases page.

2. Once you have opened the client case, scroll down on the left-hand menu until you find the option for Protection. Click on it.

3. Within the Protection section, you will find a tab for Protection Policies. Click on it.

4. On the Protection Policies page, you will see an option to Add new Protection. Click on this to proceed.

5. By selecting Add new Protection, a new protection case will be created. This new case will have its own unique case ID, a separate summary screen, a document store, and a section for notes and tasks. Following these steps will allow you to easily access and navigate the protection page for the specific client case you are working on.
