I have a sole mortgage case and now want to add joint protection. How can I do this?

To add a joint protection case to a sole mortgage case, you can follow these steps:

1. Start by entering the sole mortgage case from the Cases page.

2. Once you are in the case, scroll down on the left-hand side menu and click on "Protection" and then "Protection Policies".

3. Click on "Add new Protection" and save a sole protection for the first applicant or the existing client.

4. After saving the protection, go to the Summary page of the new protection case that you just added.

5. Scroll down on the Summary page until you find the details of the first applicant.

6. Click on "Add applicant" to include the second applicant in the joint protection case.

7. Enter the Name, Email, and Phone number of the second applicant and click save.

Now you have successfully created a joint protection case with a new fact find to enter the details of the second applicant. By following these steps, you will be able to add a joint protection case to a sole mortgage case, allowing you to include multiple applicants in the protection policy.
