We have made the following improvement in the latest release: 

- For some clients, the Total Net Income saved under Current Employment, Income was not displaying in the Financial Overview. This has now been resolved and displays correctly in the Financial Overview.

 

Release Notes - 10 November

 

We have made the following improvements in the latest release: 

- We resolved an issue where with the Mortgage & Home Insurance case in context, Save & Quote was opening SourcingBrain instead of SolutionBuilder 

- We resolved an issue with the Notes/Tasks bar not closing when exiting Case 

- We resolved an issue with the Data Import where after a successful import, the history was coming back empty

 

Release Notes - 17 November

 

We have made the following improvements in the latest release: 

- Existing Properties: We have added a question on Existing Properties to ask if the existing property should be included in the Financial Overview calculations, If Yes, these are added to the calculations. 

- The Financial Overview caption has been updated. Net Income now states Monthly Rental Income and Expenditure states Existing Cover in the caption. 

- Expenditure: We resolved an issue where the second applicant was removed from the case and Expenditure could not be amended after (and possibly Credit commitments). 

- We resolved an issue where Joint Expenditure was being duplicated for joint cases and presented in the expenditure list.    

- The Service Charge and Ground Rent fields are now showing in the Existing Properties section. 

- We added text at the top of the Suitability Report and Suitability Report template to let users know not to copy and paste external formatted text into the template or document directly. 

- We resolved an issue with the Summary Page where the Incorrect Status change was noted when the Protection case status changed on the new summary screen. 

- We resolved an issue where the Case Switcher wasn't changing case from the Home Insurance List page.  

- We renamed the Amount field in the FactFind, Income, Other Monthly Income section to Total Net Monthly.

 

Release Notes - 12 January

 

Welcome back and happy new year! In the latest release, we've released the following fixes as part of our internal fixathon: 

- We've improved platform performance by cutting back on the number of personal endpoint calls on the Summary Screen. 

- We've resolved an issue where the number of cases kept changing within the case switcher when a user with multiple cases clicks on the dropdown. 

- The Cases menu was automatically expanding and collapsing when navigating to the case. This has been resolved. 

- The Case Summary was showing some incorrect cases in the case dropdown which is no longer occurring. 

- We resolved an issue where the View button was not always navigating to the Case Summary screen. 

- When a Mortgage Case document was being copied to a Protection Case when case information was copied over. This has been resolved. 

- The Admin assistant/Manager was unable to view a case that belongs to a deleted adviser. Admins and Managers can now view cases assigned to a deleted adviser. 

- We resolved an issue where the Data Import additional funds were not being imported into the case. 

- Changing case buyer type and saving now correctly loads up mortgage cases screen. 

- In Existing Properties, the Original Purchase Price was clearing when the corresponding mortgage record was saved. This has been resolved. 

- The Buildings & Contents status can now be changed after and including processing. 

- Republic of Kosovo is now showing in the country table for existing brokerages. 

- We have resolved an issue where an Empty list was displayed on the Home Insurance Summary page. 

- We resolved an issue where the Solution Builder Single Benefit Mapping was displaying CIC for DTA and LTA in the policy list even if a zero was entered. 

- The Source of Funds further information box now has a 500-character limit validation.
