How can I monitor the progress of my client's NatWest application?

To track the progress of your client's NatWest application, follow these steps:

  1. Access the case in Smartr365.
  2. Click on SmartrConnect.
  3. Select NatWest (Beta).
  4. Go to the Results tab.

In the Application tracking section, click on Show More to view the latest updates from NatWest regarding the client's application. This includes product information and stage progress.
