How to submit a case with SmartrConnect

In order to submit a case to a lender using SmartrConnect, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the client case and locate the toolbar at the top of the page. Look for the tab labelled 'SmartrConnect' which is represented by a home icon. You can refer to the image below for visual guidance.
  2. The 'SmartrConnect' tab is accessible on every page within the client case, making it convenient to access SmartrConnect features.
  3. Once you are inside SmartrConnect, you will see a list of 7 lenders. Choose the lender that you would like to submit your case to. You can refer to the image below for assistance.
  4. After selecting a lender, you need to complete the required information on the form. Once you have filled in the necessary details, click on the submit button. Your case will then be sent directly to the lender. You can refer to the image below for visual guidance.
