Getting setup with Natwest

Before using SmartrConnect, please make sure your Personal details are up-to-date in Smartr365 (Settings > Personal Details) to connect to the NatWest integration.

If you have a middle name, make sure it is entered after the first name field within Smartr365. 

If you do need to check or update your details in the NatWest Broker portal (change of username, first name, middle name, surname, and/or email address), please review these details in 'Maintain personal details' in the NatWest Broker Portal here
