What are Business Reports?

Business reports provide you with all the tools you need to understand how your business is doing. These reports will help you to maximise your understanding of your business metrics.

This guide will provide a brief explanation of each of the business reports.

Introducer Lead Flow Report

This report shows the number of new leads introduced to the business by Introducers for a selected date range. NPW cases are included. It shows the number of qualified leads and non-qualified leads, these reports are colour coded. 

Lead Origin Report

This report shows the origin/source of new leads introduced to the business by Introducers for a selected date range. NPW cases are included.

Activity Report

This report shows the number of products in each status for a selected date range. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

The written column on this report includes cases from Pre-Offer Processing, Valuation Instructed and Valuation Received.

The offer column on this report includes cases from Post-Offer Processing.

Introducer Report

This report is used to update Introducers on the status of the leads which they have provided. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

This report also includes the last note added to the case if the "include in introducer report" checkbox was ticked you can only see the last note from people in your team, if you are in another team you won't be able to see this note.

Adviser Conversion Report

This report tracks an adviser’s mortgage conversion rates. This includes NPW cases. 

In order to get the correct submitted, offered and completed dates the case status must be changed to Pre Offer Processing, Post Offer Processing and Completed at the time of action.

Total Written Report

This report calculates the sum of an adviser’s Written Mortgage and Written Protection. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

The metrics in this report are pulled from the Pre Offer Processing status.

Product Breakdown Report

This report shows the breakdown of different product types. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

Product Report

This report shows the product flow for each of the products in a selected date range. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

This report shows the number of written and completed cases, these reports are colour coded.
