What are Referral Reports?

Referral reports provide you with all the tools you need to understand your referral metrics such as which advisers are your most valuable source of referrals.

This guide will provide a brief explanation of each of the referral reports. All of the images in this article can be viewed in full screen by right-clicking and selecting open image in new tab.

Valuable Client Referrers Report

This report shows your valuable introducer referrers. The report will rank your commission from highest to lowest on a case by case basis, this report allows you to see which introducer company brought you your most valuable lead. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

Mortgage to Protection Referral Report

This report shows the number of referrals from the Mortgage Team to the Protection Team. This report shows which adviser has referred the most cases as a figure and percentage.
